See https://github.com/linkcheck/linkchecker.

This is a hard problem to solve because readthedocs will forward even invalid URLs (like https://docs.threatconnect.com/en/latest/python/python_sdk.html#urals) to the base page (https://docs.threatconnect.com/en/latest/python/python_sdk.html) and returns a 200 response.

Started with b5bf28c. Will continue to find relative links that are not working in each of the pages.
