Provide a "to-do list" view of results (that may be printable)

CoVE provides lots of feedback, much of which is actionable. In many cases, users will be able to fix lots of the issues "at source" - if their exporter/converter to 360 introduces a problem with every grant (e.g. extraneous characters in numeric values) then fixing it once resolves the problem for all rows.

Sometimes, however, an error occurs on a large number of rows but requires manual resolution - such as (for example) a missing description when multiple data sources have been combined to create a publication. In this case, having a to-do list might be a helpful thing.

In OpenDataServices/cove#662 , it is suggested that this be a printable export. This may or may not be important.
