Viewport Support Problem

If I use Viewport Meta to restrict the window width or the dpi,such like

<meta name="viewport" content="target-densitydpi=320,width=640,user-scalable=no">

the browser's width will not be changed, then it will be change according to the viewport suddenly
I think it was a big problem using the library on the mobile.
