I'm Tiago Minuzzi, I have a master degree in Celular and Molecular Biology (PPGBCM/UFRGS) and a PhD in Genetics and Molecular Biology (PPGBM/UFRGS). I'm a bioinformatician working at Insituto Carlos Chagas - Fiocruz/PR.
I have experience in Python, shell scripting, R and the basics of Julia programmig language. I'm particularly skilled using Pandas (Python library) for data analysis. Also, I'm proficient in machine learning/deep learning due to my practice using scikit-learn and tensorflow/keras for my PhD project.
I'm a GNU/Linux and FOSS enthusiast with expertise using many different Linux-based operating systems as, for instance, Debian, Ubuntu, Fedora, CentOS, Arch Linux, Gentoo, with knowledge using many of the most popular GNU/Linux related tools.
