Autofix lint issues and submit PR to PR branch to fix #8

I spend a silly amount of my time correcting what linters catch and would like to automate as much possible.

Pipeline would be:

run linter
apply fixes to repo
commit repo within container
push to new branch
submit PR to branch that needs to be fixed
accept or decline fixes.
merge fixes.
