Troubleshooting

If you have reason to suspect that WUView isn't returning correct information, try the following:

• Read the known issues page.

• Check the Excluded items Settings -> Edit Exclude List to make sure that what you're expecting to see isn't being excluded.

• Execute the PowerShell script found here. The script will display the total number of updates and list all updates by date and the update title.

• If you need to open a bug report, please ensure that the log includes debug messages Settings -> Application Settings -> ✅ Include debug level messages in log file and the attach the log file (found in the %Temp%\T_K folder) to the issue.
