Kernel modules missing: vxlan, br_netfilter, ip_vs #70

Steps to reproduce:

modprobe br_netfilter
modprobe vxlan
modprobe ip_vs

These commands all return 1

Expected behavior: they should return 0 and the modules should be loaded.

These modules are required to run a Kubernetes node on the Tikerboard
