Current root readme is poor. Very needs quick start guide to describe minimal config.
Also very not clear - what is package(s) in npmjs.com published from this repo. pvm is just security holding package. @tinkoff/pvm not exist. Table with contained packages in tinkoff/linters looks good for resolve this problem
