换成官方源还是安装不成功

换了官方源，阿里源（知道不更新），腾讯源，华为源等等，都安装失败。
官方源给的提示是：
Could not find package tinywan/limit-traffic. It was however found via repository search, which
indicates a consistency issue with the repository.

反复试，终于装好了！！
