I have two servers located in Germany. One is assigned in Singapore, Asia. The other is in HongKong, Asia. The two server ran almost at the same time. However, one can download files successfully. Other can't success even one file. Here are device ids:

  • e_9b404e22-9784-4d1f-81f1-ae49a65e74bc
  • e_fa8d3c31-54d4-4399-8b47-ec97e49a72b9

Why do they two have opposite situation? Please help me solve this problem
