Setting DPI aware to true doesn't help...
Similar issue: MonoGame/MonoGame#3358

Sometimes cursor moves by itself without DPI scaling too. I tried to fix that but there is no solution yet...

In release mode without vsync cursor moves extremely fast, maybe it is related (or unrelated bug).

Related with: https://msdn.microsoft.com/library/windows/desktop/mt843498(v=vs.85).aspx(d=robot)

Often caused by changing resolution in fullscreen.

Can't recreate this problem maybe microsoft fixed it 🤣
