Issue with the weather renderer

So, I have a issue with the weather renderer if this mod is installed, as well as the mod that adds seasons to the game (Serene Seasons). If in normal biome there will be winter, then with this mod all the same rain will fall, but if it is turned off, snow will fall.

MC Version: 1.12.2

FBP Version: 1.12.x-2.4.0

Forge Version (e.g. 2604): 2756

I think this is caused by some other mod changing the weather.. did you try this with FBP being the only mod installed?
