Error: Could not find the death scene

Hey,
im having a Problem with the Death Scene. Each time im trying to watch a Death Scene it only says:
could not find the death Scene
I cant't find an Error in console or anything else.
Im running the latest Version.

Yea this is a new known issue, seen this on a server I played on and on my own at the moment. No errors at all. Death scenes are not shown, no matter when (during round, after round, next round).
