Building not working correctly on other peoples servers.

I place a log standing up, then place the 2nd 1 on the first 1, cut a half log to support the 2nd log and heres the issue. i get the arrow to pickup the 2nd log to support it it takes the half log but the 2nd log does not pick up and get supported like it should. just stays there it does nothing. next issue is if you misplace a log then try to pick it up, sometimes it will lift sometimes it wont. when it does let you pick it back up it acts as if the log was still in place. i removed red and tried and everything worked just fine, reinstalled and same issues. Thank you very much for your brilliant programming you made this game a absolute joy to play I love it!
