Steps to replicate the issue

Wait until your phone is on very low power <10%, it will then force a battery saving mode
tried to create an account in Tonomy ID

What do you expect to happen?

I can create an account normally

What actually happens

I am not able to create an account

Operating system: Android
Pangea Testnet version: 0.85.0 (click here on your phone)
