Add discharge to grid schedule

Many inverters provide the capability to explicitly sell to the grid (dump). This can be very valuable in increasing ROI. This will impact UI, json, db, and simulator.

CBT: Add a toggle to the CFG activity, collect schedule, discharge stop and minimum start charge. E.g.: at 23:00 dump to 20% if charge > 30%
