The current price plans use integer hours as delimiters for prices. Octopus in the UK used half hours. The UI, simulator, db, and json need to be updated.

CBT:

  1. minutes are integers
  2. 30 | 00 toggle in the UI
  3. The json need to move to ranges from 25 explicit costs
