Confirm whether the published application contains GPLV3 restriction code？

I am currently researching internal low code development tools and hesitating in Tooljet, Budibase, and Appsmith.
Appsmith is Apache License 2.0. Although Budibase uses some code that contains GPLV3 restrictions, but the packaged application does not include GPLV3 restrictions. I would like to confirm whether the application released by Tooljet includes GPLV3 restricted code.
