Handle Base64/Long URL images in Excel and PDF downloads

Exporting tables containing Image and Link columns with Base64 encoded images or long URLs might lead to broken images or inaccessible links in both Excel and PDF formats.
This issue focuses on improving the handling of such scenarios to ensure consistent data representation during export.

Investigate feasibility of displaying Base64/Long URL images directly in exported PDFs for table components (Image & Link columns)

Currently, table components with Image and Link columns might not render images correctly when exporting to PDF due to limitations with Base64 encoded images or long URLs.
This issue aims to investigate the feasibility of displaying the images directly within the exported PDF for a better user experience.
