Can not display Player's Chinese DisplayName

**Torch Version: latest

Expected Behavior

Chinese Player Name should visable.

Observed Behavior

Can only see the space character.

I have test the Vanilla's dedicated Server an it is ok.
I think is A issue in Torch.

If you want to reproduce this problem, all you have to do is use a Chinese Name account to join the game.Ant open the F3 player menu.Than you can see the PlayerName is space.

This should be the last one or two versions that have started to appear.
