Monitor changes in phone dark mode

There is currently a requirement that when the dark mode of the phone switches, the system UI needs to be restarted because Coloros dark mode switching often leads to incompatibility with third-party themes. We hope Thanox can add a state change event for dark mode switching in contextual mode.
