GUI Control which displays a numerical value which can be increased or decreased using a pair of arrows.

Description

GUI Control which displays a numerical value which can be increased or decreased using a pair of arrows.

Example:

Fields

        If true, the control will accept giving focus to the user when the mouse wheel is used.
