This issue was created in the GarageGames Repository (Link to original issue).
The issue was originally created by @DavidWyand-GG and had a total of 3 comments that may contain additional information. The original issue description is pasted below:

When hosting a game with a client on a separate computer (I tested over the LAN) hold down the crouch key on the client. It will take a very long time before the host will display the crouching. Making the player jump while crouched appears to cause the crouch to come through.

Interestingly, when the host crouches it seems that the client sees it right away. Also, while testing the client and host on the same computer I did not see any delay.
