Capture Region should never be empty

I believe at the minimum Capture Region should always have some text that explains why it's empty (hidden, no image, trying to recover game, couldn't find game on load, etc). This is better for communicating the current state to the user, and a capture Region with no image nor text would incidentally indicate that something went wrong.
