Retro_ML - Allow saving and loading of stats

Right now, when you stop training and resume it, stats are reset. This makes the training graph less interesting, since it'll often be incomplete. Allowing to save the statistics and loading them would be great. It needs to however be configurable, as having too much data might affect performance for too many training sessions.
