some uboots "lose" emmc

The present uboot (2022.07)in tow-boot does this as well, also 2022.04 from armbian
lsblk does not show it (emmc), also in uboot shell mmc info returns nothing
sometimes it (info) returns info from mmc1, you can tell by bus width
You will never get a successful boot, dumps you to recovery shell
(even though it loads kernel and dtb, fails to find root filesystem)
2020.04 is OK, what I am presently using (rockpro64)
Unfortunatly mmc0 precedes mmc1 so I have to reset boot_targets to boot SD
