I intended to review this but have simply been waiting to get settled in a
seat to open my computer. I have not seen it yet at all.

nativelink-util/src/resource_info.rs
line 121 at r2 (raw file):
// like "blobs" or "uploads". let mut parts = beginning_part.rsplitn(3, '/'); output.uuid = Some(parts.next().err_tip(|| format!("{} in {}", ERROR_MSG, resource_name))?);
How would someone know which error message the err_tip came from when both look exactly the same? Should beginning_part
be formatted into the failure?
Prints out what was supplied by the user if a failure happens when parsing out the resource info string.
