Add secrets manager interoperability to integrations

Motivation

Currently, integrations don't have access to the secrets manager.

Implementation

Design

During registration, include a list of secret names that this integration uses. During workflow runtime, the registry will pull the associated secrets from the DB into the exec environment.

Scope

We'd like to support various types of secrets, and dynamic methods to add these into the frontend.
