There is a box with a slightly different color. How can I change that or make it same color so that it is not visible?

I can't find the color with a color picker. It seems to be a color gradient.

@Track3 If you pay close attention there is a box to the right side of the highlight section with a slightly different color. This happens even with the original Hermit theme no matter if I turn pygments on or off.

@xorz57
sorry before, but I want to ask ... what's wrong if you use a different color box? if in my opinion, it is better for syntax to use a different color box.

It is fine! I can't help enough anyways, because I have no idea about web development what so ever. I just noticed this strange thing.

But I don't see the box ... try checking it on another device, are the results different? @xorz57

@hervyqa Did you try using a color picker? I am using a retina display right now and the difference is noticable with naked eye.

Still the same color, the background syntax color is still #282A36.

@hervyqa Close the developer panel it changes the vewport and the box disappears. At least that is my guess. I am going to add a color picker plugin for chrome right now to demonstrate this.

I don't find any #2d3f50 color codes in hermit themes :"), I only found #2c3e50 that's all.

@xorz57 Have you tried any other browsers? I can't see the box on my side:

I had a issue about code boxes with chrome before, it's very strange, too. it's like a box covering the texts. So if you are using chrome, too, then it must be relevant to this issue. I can show you a screenshot of Chrome for Android later.

Here's the screenshots:

Firefox works just fine. I can only see it using chromium on linux. I don't know if I can see it on chrome on windows because I don't have a windows machine right now. For some reason it os now gone. If you try to crtl + shift + R you are going to see this box momentarily and then it disappears but sometimes it doesn't disappear. I guess it may not be related to the theme but the browser it self 😕
