Requests for curies that are already biolink compliant return a different predicate

In rare cases where the service is called with already valid biolink curies, it will return unintended results, casting them all to the top most match, for example: biolink:correlated_with gives biolink:related_to but should just respond with the already valid biolink:correlated_with.
