I have checked the issue tracker if my bug has already been fixed or answered in another (possibly closed) issue.
Steps to reproduce the issue
Just open computer.
When system startup, the color of taskbar is wrong (in both of my 2 laptops, it shows a color that more opaque compared to my settings).
But if I press the button of "start menu", the color turn to correct.
Notice that this issue happens after the program inited, which means it ISN'T caused by when the computer first started, the program was not running yet. If don't press "start" menu, the color will keep wrong.
Expected results
The task bar should show the correct color what I set, rather than a wrong (more opaque) one.
Actual results
When system startup, the color of taskbar is wrong (in both of my 2 laptops, it shows a color that more opaque compared to my settings), until I press the button of "start menu", the color turn to correct.
