Error in ticketing : Host error during ticket issue

I got an error in ticketing process, please can you tell me what is the problem.

Hi JadChahine,

Ticketing is not allowed with trial credentials and requires virtual printer to be assigned by Travelport account manager. Please contact your Travelport Account Manager to ask for trial credentials with ticketing provisioned on it. Thanks.
