Trenchbroom will freeze indefinitely if you try to reload a pointfile that is no longer there.

System Information

TrenchBroom V2.1.0-RC1 on Windows 7

Expected Behavior

Not sure what it should do, maybe just unload the pointfile, or warn you that it's no longer available (probably better).

Steps to Reproduce

Create a box map, have it leak to generate a .pts when compiling, load that .pts in TB, fix the leak, compile again, try to use the "reload pointfile" option, TB will freeze indefinitely.

Crash Info

Don't think a crash log is generated on a hard freeze like this?
