If you have even just one face textured with a "transparent" texture, like skip, the whole brush becomes transparent, before this was only the case if all the faces were textured with it.
This is really bad, as most of the time you'll apply skip to only a few faces and still want to see the textured face fully opaque. Coming back to how it was before would be better, or if possible only make semi-transparent the faces that are textured with skip.

TrenchBroom v2019.2 Release on Windows 7

Steps to Reproduce

Create a brush with a regular texture, apply skip to one of it's faces, whole brush will be come semi-transparent.
