Bootstrap 3 support

Unfortunately this will most likely not happen. I created this plugin for work and we have no current plans to upgrade to Bootstrap 3. Although contributions are welcome.

@danieldocki I guess you could start and have a look if it would be possible to support both Boostrap 2 and 3. If that's not possible I guess we need to create a new branch.

I'm still considering if this is a good idea to use ... If turns out that I'm sold, I might get my hands dirty and contribute.

I'm having a problem justifying a bootstrap centric ideology. Next week one might realize it's all about foundation or the thoughtbot suite of patterns and styles. Really there needs to be a generic solution to UI pattern helpers. #cantwealljustgetalong?
