Problem: The quest 1127 is only available for hordeplayer. Quest should be also available for alliance player.

The majorbug is already reported in #12227
This here is only a minor problem.

Fix:

UPDATE `quest_template` SET `RequiredRaces`=0 WHERE `Id`=1127;
