[feature request] specific item weight on ahbot

Description:

i have found some items to have huge over presentation because being unique on their category, imho a good feature can be allow "weight" of those specific items.

Current behaviour:

epic parrots takes 20% of epic items

Expected behaviour:

epic parrots takes only 2% of epic items.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. enable ahbot
2. wait
3. check epic items on ah
4. you find 100s of epic parrots taking useful "slots"
