Steps to reproduce the problem

During the quest, I died a couple of times, got up and ran back to the corpse, was resurrected. After that, I went into the cave, the quest was counted, I returned and passed this quest.

This quest have correct flag (1)

QUEST_FLAGS_STAY_ALIVE - If the player dies, the quest is failed.

maybe flag is broken and doesn't longer works.

The comments say that this flag is not used:

QUEST_FLAGS_STAY_ALIVE = 0x00000001, // Not used currently
