https://www.wowhead.com/spell=25771/forbearance this ability does not work correctly. Even though some abilities are banned by buff, they can still be used.

Expected behaviour

Cannot be affected by Divine Shield, Hand of Protection, or Lay on Hands for 30 sec.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Just create paladin and use that spell.
