Karazhan opera background and stage property can't be seen for player

Description

with gm on, I can see background and stage property in karazhan opera.
with gm off, Only bare wall I can see.

Expected behaviour

player can see background and stage property.

Steps to reproduce the problem

.gm on
go into karazhan
kill moros
talk with Barnes, choose event oz, follow him go to the stage
wait curtain scroll up
