Maybe it's a spell issue ?

Portal to Dalaran does not work with or without gm permission .
it teleport you to your place

Teleport to Dalaran Crystal not usable after using Teleport to Violet Stand Crystal from Learning to Leave and Return: the Magical Way quest.
Confirmed @ fcd4833 using clean TDB 355.11.48 with official updates.
