{Object in Death Knight class zone-phase}Portal to Orgrimmar

Dear Sir or Madam,
I have encountered an error with the object "Portal to Orgrimmar" while I was in the Death Knight class zone.
The error is that I could not use this portal by any means.
Sometimes I could see a vehicle option when directing the computer's mouse over it but when I clicked it nothing happened.(cog-wheel)
The error was during the phase which maintain the quests:"Taking Back Acherus", "The Battle For The Ebon Hold" and "Warchief's Blessing".
I returned to Acherus after the quest:"The Light of Dawn" by the spell "Death Gate" which I have been giving by Highlord Darion Mograine, then I saw two portals, one for Alliance and one for Horde.
When I have encountered this error I had Horde Death Knight so I tried to use the Portal to Orgrimmar to no avail, nothing happened.
When I completed the two quests:"Taking Back Acherus"and "The Battle For The Ebon Hold", the quest:"Warchief's Blessing" was active for me and I could not use the object:"Portal to Orgrimmar" in order to make my travel there possible.(to Orgrimmar)
I will mention some details below on the Object:"Portal to Orgrimmar":

If this object would have been working properly, it would teleported Horde Death Knights to Orgrimmar in this phase.
I tried to mention everything, please notify me if something is missing, I will be glad to add.
I didn't find a link for more details on the object:"Portal to Orgrimmar".
