- Install NET framework as needed (note: help wanted; if you run linux/osx let me know what packages you needed)
- Run app 'BlueprintPurge'
- Choose a save file
- Enter GUIDs or assemblies to filter; one per line
- Click 'search'
- Check the result screen; these entries will be deleted
- Click 'Purge Now!'
- Confirm
- Open the game and load the save with the description 'PURGED!'
