refs TryGhost/Ghost#9724 - when Koenig is active, toggle `ui.isFullscreen` when entering/leaving the editor route - add `ui.isFullscreen` to the `showNavMenu` CP in the application controller - when in fullscreen mode, display a "< Stories" link in the editor header
