n-switch在loading状态切换时，loading的icon的位置会发生跳动

Reappearance steps (重现步骤)

1. n-switch初始loading为false
   2.点击按钮loading设为true，3秒后loading改为false

Expected results (期望的结果)

loading为true时出现loading icon，loading为false，loading icon消失

Actual results (实际的结果)

loading icon在出现和消失的时候，在小圈里的位置会跳动
