Reappearance steps (重现步骤)

在FormItemGi上使用v-show来控制该FormItemGi的显示或隐藏，判断方式是通过一个select选择框的值，选择框默认值为null，具体问题可参考CodeSandbox中代码

Expected results (期望的结果)

预期是当选择框的值为2时，显示FormItemGi，否则都是隐藏

Actual results (实际的结果)

当选择框的值从null变为1时，FormItemGi却显示了，当从1变为null时，FormitemGi依然显示，非预期结果
当选择框的值从2变为1时，FormItemGi隐藏了，这个达到了预期结果
