I completely forgot i18n with Tubefeeder, sorry. I will update the pot-file and ping all current translators in a separate PR, please use the new file as a preset then. |

I created the fr.po file + updated the LINGUAS file
Btw I noticed that the .pot file seems to need an update (it contains outdated strings)
