Starts re-render the scene when update only color management parameters

If only color management render parameters changed, then the render should not be start from scratch. If it's possible, it should use image buffer from the previous render session and only update color transformation.

But in some scenarios it starts re-render. Why it happens? Something is not properly triggered in the update logic.
