Formulate the model as a network graph (i.e., edges and vertex) in the mathematical equations.

Change the variables and equation to use the graph notation (e.g. $f_e$ instead of $f_{a,\alpha}$) in the documentation.

The formulation is up to date with changes in #108, as the model already considers a graph network structure.
