Hi!
I'm implementing Turbine in a internal project in my company.
Turns out that we have a framework that only have the index.php (entry script) and static files (images, css and js) in the external accessible folder.
Then, to adapt Turbine scripts, I needed to change it a little bit: add a include_path directive and some changes with folder placements, etc, the last one related with a new config property.
This way I can have css.php in our css folder and all other files in the vendor folder.

I would like to know if it would be nice to make myself a pull request, or if you think about implementing this in a future release, etc.
